PAYMENTS
Prepayment required:

It is mandatory to pay 50% of the reservation 14 days before the day of check-in.
It is mandatory or 50% payment for reservations with less than 14 days for check-in dates.
For last minute bookings, 3 days before check-in, no obligation to pay.
Payment of total value of the reservation at the moment of check-in.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

• 10% discount with immediate payment (Non-refundable rate).
• 14 days before 5% discount with mandatory payment of 50% of the total reservation and the rest at check in (non-refundable rate).
• Reservations with 5 days in advance do not require a credit card, payment in full upon check in.
• Cancellations before 14 days of arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations after 14 days of arrival are charged 50% of the total reservation

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking inside the suites and the apartment.
